The location is great, very centric and close to everything. The rooms are pretty good as well, we stayed in room 1 and it was spacious and isolated. Our family stayed in room 5 and because of the proximity to room 4, you can hear absolutely everything. Super noisy. Both the sinks were clogged through our whole stay, we mentioned it to housekeeping but was not fixed. It is not super clean, there is a lot of dust and even after clean, the floors are still dirty. Overall is convenient. So we do recommend.

Check in process was horrendous. We ended up not staying there. Also, there is no parking so you are driving around town and trying to find a place to check in. We left town and went back to Tuscany.

So accomodating. The rooms are right next to palazo vecchio and 5 mins walking from the Cathedral. Higly recommend!

Highly recommend Domus Uffizi! From initial booking communication with owners was excellent. The room was very clean and modern. I made one request which they responded to within hours. The location is AMAZING, right in the heart of the historical district and minutes walk from everything. The bed and pillows were on the firm side for my preference but I slept well. Will book again without hesitation.

The hotel sent a link to use upon arrival. Trying to avoid using data, I planned to use the hotel’s free WiFi to do this, but the wifi was down, so we had to call the remote hotel staff to get the room unlocked. Very frustrating. And the internet remained down or too weak to use for the majority of the stay. They should send the room codes when they send the codes for the building and hotel wing entrance. Because of these problems I would not recommend this “hotel”. (The term hotel is generous for this no staff on site cluster of rooms down 1 wing of 1 floor of an apartment/office building)

Very clean location and rooms. There is no staff physically on site, but they are always available via Whatsapp. They are able to help with most things. The location is amazing and you are steps away from most things you would need to do as a visitor to Florence. This is located on the 5th floor of a commercial building with other tenants in the building so just be aware of that.

PERFECT location!

- ideally located between the Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo, all major attractions are walkable within a few minutes - great hotel room, very clean, nice shower, 2 separate beds - I recommend! I would stay here again for sure.

Didn’t like the lack of human interaction and the poor communication about check in time. We checked in online and the email said everything was complete and didn’t reference a time we could get in. We assumed we could get in whenever we got there (around 1pm). When we got there we couldn’t open the door to our room.
