The room was wonderful, even had heated towel warmers which is nice in November. The hotel has an authentic feel and is beautiful. The concierge AnnaLisa was especially helpful, getting us set up with a timed visit to see the David, dinner reservations at the hotel and breakfast-to-go for one day were were doing a whole day bus tour. All staff were very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options - great food. Also enjoyed the restaurant for dinner one night.

The staff provided exceptional service - warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location couldn’t be better: centrally located in Florence with many major sites and fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. The property is very clean and well maintained. As with many historic buildings in Florence, retrofitting modern amenities can be challenging, but they’ve done an admirable job balancing comfort with the integrity and charm of the original structure. Overall, an excellent experience and a place I’d happily stay again.

My wife and I are frequent travelers and we can truly say that the Bernini Palace in Florence/Firenze, Italy, was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The staff were very professional, attentive, friendly, effective, and very engaging. Everyone we encountered was excellent. We couldn't have been more pleased with our time at the Bernini. The hotel itself is gorgeous. Very tastefully decorated, clean, inviting, etc. The room was perfect. We were given a free drink at the bar upon arrival, plus a free bottle of wine. The breakfast buffet was superb, with the dining staff, as with all the staff we encountered, were excellent. Two people we do want to call out as being very helpful and friendly were Simonetta and Yuri -- wonderful!
