Getting Around Geelong

When You Land…
Are you on flights to Geelong that land in the morning? Go for an early bike ride on Bellarine Rail Trail. It’s just 35km from South Geelong Station to Queenscliff. If you arrive in the afternoon, learn everything you’d ever want to know about the bleating locals (sheep, that is) at the National Wool Museum. “Ewe’ll” have a great time!
Touching down in the evening? Head to the Geelong Waterfront for a bite to eat. Then walk off those calories with an evening stroll along the water’s edge before heading back to one of our Geelong hotels to recharge.

Rydges Geelong
If you like paying for a view and trying to sleep with what sounds like a jet engine going all night, great place to stay. Personally, I preferred the 3 star place I stayed at a few months earlier, had everything and more in the room plus free parking right outside your door
