The staff at the Northern is top notch. Shelby at the front desk is so accommodating and welcoming, you can tell that she loves her job. The location is great for shopping downtown and taking in events and the Ten lounge is a great place to relax and have a nice cocktail or dinner. Bernie’s has excellent breakfast and lunch options as well.

Comfortable but tiny rooms
We stayed here due to the location. We had a wedding close by to go to. The room was tiny. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but for the price the room size was absurd. No coffee pot in the rooms or refrigerator. The rest of the hotel was nice. But for over a couple hundred dollars it would be nice to have even just a refrigerator and coffee pot.
