The hotel itself was very good. The staff called and let me know I had left an item in the room after checkout. That was very good.i had forgotten items in the past at other hotels and called to retrieve the forgotten item and had been told there was nothing in the room. I feel the staff at Boothill Inn can be trusted. I recommend this hotel!

Overall it was fine, but the pool was closed for maintenance, which completely defeated the purpose of choosing this place. I understand maintenance is necessary, but offering some sort of discount for the inconvenience would seem reasonable.

We love the BootHill. All staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always good and a lot to choose from. The shuttle is nice.

I've stayed at the Boothill several times, and it's always consistent. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated that there were different types of pillows. And although I didnt need it on this trip, it's nice they offer an airport shuttle.

The staff was very kind,helpful,and generous! Was a prompt pick up from the shuttle service from the airport, and offered a ride to store n restaurant. Breakfast was great and a nice selection of food to choose from and nice tables and lounge to sit at to eat. Had a great stay and was comfortable and enjoyable!

We requested a pet-friendly room when reserving our room. When checking in we were informed that we had to pay a $50.00 pet fee. This was not known until check-in. This made the room more expensive than many other places. Getting to the room and back with luggage was extremely difficult as there was not any snow removal the whole stay. To add, the pool and hot tub were under new construction and had been for a month. That was not stated as well at the time of the reservation. The staff was not willing to compensate for anything and of course, a refund was not possible. We will never stay again.
