Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean every day. Hot breakfast wasn't up to par. Pancake machine wasn't working. Eggs had water in it. Biscuits were hard. Gravy was good. The other items were great.

We stayed in a family suite for the first time and it was so nice that everybody had their own bed. The room was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be staying there in a family suite again. The staff were so kind they were so compassionate to our situation And so helpful. The kids also loved the pool, which they all said was warm and it was also very clean.

it’s a great place to stay before I leave on an early morning flight. The shuttle is great both coming and going. Parking for long day is wonderful and very reasonable.

The location is perfect for exhibitors at the NILE. It was very quiet although probably one of the busiest times for the town. The cleaning staff was phenomenal. Breakfast was great.

This place is how a hotel should be. Large 2 bedroom rooms for families, and it actually has a TRUE continental breakfast, and the convenience of the add-on options for late check-outs/early check-ins, pack-and-play, etc., was more than ideal.

The property was nice and the room was clean, spacious and clean. I did find in the room what may have been stink bugs but, looked very similar to the bug that transmits Chagas disease. So I didn't sleep well only because of this. When I brought it up to the clerk at the front desk when checking out he brushed it off and said those were local to the area. It was his dead pan unconcerned response that made my mind up I would not stay here again.
