Room was clean but we got a room to sleep 4 as we had our kids, it had a sofa bed which we had to make ourselves, it was extremely uncomfortable. Did not come with extra pillows we had a massive day out so got room service for dinner burgers and fries paid over $120 for the food it took 45minutes to arrive yet the fries where really cold and someone must of dropped the salt in as they were inedibley salty and burgers where very very cold we complained and told them we where starving to which staff said they will send someone up to come and collect it he came 5 minutes later and was stone silent did not apologise did not offer to make more food or what else they could do to make us more comfortable just took it and ran. I want back 40 minutes later as I assumed that because they suggested to take our food away right away that they would test it and make us more but no he said he didn’t realise we wanted it re made. I said fine look just send a refund. And I’ll go get kfc.
The next morning went down to buffet breakfast hoping for at least a decent breakfast but no again food was cold and not fresh. They didn’t even include coffee as had to order the barista coffee which was $8 each. All up breakfast was $130 and again not worth it what so ever.
We had stayed here before and it was great but now I am really not sure if I would again.
