The staff was great, but the hotel itself has problems. There are 400 rooms with only 1 luggage cart. It could not be found. No toilet paper in room or at the front desk. They were waiting on an order. No working tv remotes in the room.

The absolute worst experience. No hot water our entire stay. Tuesday-Friday. The front desk kept saying it’s being worked on. Or they just finished give it 15 minutes. And it was a lie. I requested our room to be cleaned. And all they did was bring two new towels and left them on our tv stand. I took out my own trash. The ac wasn’t working in our room either. It wouldn’t go under 72. It was extremely loud all night too. I spoke to other guests and everyone had shared complaints. The only friendly person was Katelyn. The other employees were rude or simply lacked hospitality.

The pool was only open until 9pm and opened at 10am. When you have kids it needs to be open late until at least 10 and open at 8am. It’s not like they were cleaning it because the water was murky and look terrible. We own a pool and it’s not that hard to keep clean and night shift could certainly maintain it. I’m a nurse and work night shift so again not unfamiliar with that shift. Also no hot water in the room I hate cold showers. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will probably pick a hotel that is more accommodating for my family’s needs.

Didn't provide the breakfast that was offered as part of the stay. Have someone up front respond with something different than 'just go with the flow' when other issues also brought forth, such as coffee pot in my room was missing parts, couldn't even make coffee. No free coffee or tea in common areas. Pool was dirty. A trash bag of dirty linen and another with actual trash left in hallway for the entire 16 hrs we were there. Overall, feel paid too much for what was provided.

The room was very nice. Water wasn't very hot. The pool needed cleaned. It appeared that the trash had not been taken out the day we were there. At least on the floor we stayed. There were large bags and piles of trash by the elevator. A trash bag or two in the hallway by someone’s room. We also discovered that our card was charged the day we arrived at 10 am instead of when we arrived! We reserved with our debit card but wished to actually pay with our credit card. However, we weren’t able to change because of the early charge.

Got there and was trash left in room. Mascara on pillow case. Had to go to front desk to get trash bag and new pillow case. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Rust on outside of tub. Pool was cloudy. Two big trash bags were left in hallway overnight. Smells like weed. Need to vacuum common areas and dump trash. Clean glass.

The hotel was very clean. We had to get 2 separate rooms due to not having any double bed rooms available. That was my fault for not booking sooner. Our 1st room was clean and quiet. The 2nd room smelled of cigarette smoke and I'm not sure if it was the pool pumps running or what, but there was a constant rumble type noise. I did have to wash a ball uniform while we were there and there was no way to make change. I did manage to make change with a gentleman that was in there washing clothes. It would be nice if there was a way to make change in the laundry area. The breakfast was supposed to be out at 7am and it was 7:15 before it was put out and was cold, without a lot of options. The staff was very friendly as well.

Our family booked 3 rooms and all of them needed cleaned. We had lots of hair in the bathtub, bathroom floor, and what should have been clean bedding. We had someone else’s leftover food in our fridge, and the microwave was dirty inside. The kids wanted to swim and the pool and hot tub had lots of floating hair and cloudy water. Trash and overflowing with garbage. The only thing good was the fella that checked us in our room was very nice. Don’t rely on the free breakfast for a meal because it started at 0700, by 0830 they had hardly any food left and the area was a mess. No one wiping up messes, cleaning tables, or refilling food until it was over at 1000. Otherwise, I would never stay here again. Overall, the property needs lots of renovating and deep cleaned to say the least. Glad we were only there for one night.

This was not a hotel stay worth what we paid! They gave us a room key to a room that was occupied, the TV stations didn’t have any guide and were not the same stations as labeled. It was noisy, not very clean and hardly any amenities. Didn’t even have but one caffeinated coffee for a two-person room. Very small bathroom with no exhaust. Highly overrated on reviews and pricing!

Free breakfast was not prepared until 30 mins after it was supposed to start at 7am. Another guest had warned me to arrive right when it opened because they never refill it once it is gone. Rooms were dirty. Hair on the bathroom floor and on the sheets. I watched the housekeeper clean the bathroom adjacent to me using the toilet bowl brush on the sink after cleaning the toilet. I have never had this type of experience in all my years of staying at hotels.
