We were told after check in that the was no free breakfast as promised on the website My door had a crack that allowed cold wind into the room

No breakfast of any kind, no coffee, no juice, nothing except rude man who said not enough people to make breakfast. We picked up 2 dead inch long insects in room. Saturday clerk nice, Sunday man was rude rude rude and we will tell everyone we know about our experience at the Madison Inn Lodge.

Room was not exactly smelling nice, but room was clean and comfortable. The lodge was close to expressway and shopping. Staff was very friendly. I would stay there again.

Terrible!

Owners (I presume) were not helpful, hard to contact- wouldn’t answer phone, bed was cheap and uncomfortable, wouldn’t let us cancel second night when we checked in on first night, AC was terribly loud, toilet wouldn’t flush without help, smelled bad. Even though they wouldn’t let me cancel second night there was NO WAY I would have spent a second night! We only got about three total hours of sleep!

The first room we were assigned had spidets on the ceilings and mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. Very unclean, the room needed a severe cleaning. The second room we were given when wr asked for a new room was a little better. No more mold.

We checked in at midnight granted but the gentleman was rude and not friendly at all. Our room had a fire detector hanging from the ceiling and not working, the tv did not work, the carpet was highly stained and the beds were super uncomfortable. I was pretty disappointed by the whole experience.

Close to Hwy 67 in Fredericktown, Mo. Internet access was good. Quiet overall. I needed to get up very early to be somewhere at 6 am and able to get up, shower and out the door without any delays.

Clean, very handicap accessible. In need of some updates- rust around TP holder, etc Due to using 3rd party booking they were not able to refund one night when we had to leave early for family issue. Staff friendly. Convenient to that small town amenities.
