Was put in a room that smelled like sewage because we had booked a room in advance and was going to bring a service animal. When we checked in we called the front desk about the smell and we were not moved. All of the housekeepers knew about the room and the smell. The second night we called the front desk again and asked to be moved because of the smell and they finally moved us RM#107

We will not be staying here again. Everything was very dirty and outdated. I won't say that the toilet at least was clean. We also noticed that most people did not eat breakfast there, nor did we. The curtains in her room were half falling down, the TV was on when we walked into the room and when we came to shut it down we realized why... You couldn't shut it down so we simply unplugged it. Refrigerator was unplugged the things that we put in there did not stay cold, it too was unplugged. The heat was on in the room instead of the air conditioner this is the end of the month of May. The security chain was also missing from the door is to the lobby did not open and close properly.

I got what I paid for….never again.

It’s an older hotel, so I kept that in mind. Minimal breakfast offerings, nothing hot or fresh cooked. There was a bad smell once we walked into the lobby. The room was smaller than I expected, so cramped. No closet or anywhere to hang clothes. There was a hole in the bathroom door, knee high so likely kicked in. There was no toilet paper, nor a dispenser for it, in the bathroom. The bed was not comfortable. It was one of the cheapest in the area, so I got what I paid for. I will not stay there again.

The room door did not stay closed you had to physically lift to engage the front desk lady was snippy and rude. No phone to call desk or order take put. Coffee machine had no basket so no coffee!latch before ope ing or closing

Toast with a nonworking toaster does not constitute a free breakfast that is advertised. Dog hair all over bathroom floor. No microwave in room as advertised. No working ice machines. I understand cheap, but I don't think all Wyndham properties are this bad.

Curtains were falling off window. Chair in room stained and dirty comforter on bed was old and not sure really clean. Sheets were clean. No trashcan in room. Extreme poor condition. I travel to area monthly and will never stay there again
