Very nice personnel, the room was spotless comfortable with a nice welcome on the TV. The kids enjoyed the indoor pool the area around the outside of the hotel was very nice as well would definitely recommend staying here you have family in the area so we will come again

Room and hotel in general were very clean, our room was very spacious, the amenities were the best I’ve experienced at a hotel, staff were very friendly. I have 2 complaints. 1, the blackout curtains don’t cover the whole window because of the ac/heat unit which was a problem because there was a street light right outside our window which was quite bright. They need to figure something out in this. 2, mattress and pillows on our bed was not comfortable at all. They definitely need to be upgraded. But overall, we would stay here again and I am very picky about my hotels.

We appreciated the quick and friendly check-in. Our room was exactly what we needed--large and comfortable with a nice bathtub. The bed was comfortable as well. The TV was even easy to use (not always the case in all hotels) As a vegetarian, I liked finding plain cheese omelets and biscuits on the breakfast bar. And the coffee was good. All in all, a good experience!

The room was not clean. The bed was crusted together between the sheets. I had to replace the sheets myself and now we suspect bedbugs.we will be contacting if this is the case.
