Almost always enjoy my stays, however when I lost an entire day, night and morning of the hot tub with no notice, my enjoyment was also lost. Called the front desk and even they had no clue that it was closed. Wondering about changing my stay in September. Not wanting it tp happen again. I pay for the amenities. If I am not going to be able to enjoy them, then give me notice or give me a discount..

Lacking sufficient electrical outlets for this day and age. Carpet in the 3rd floor hallway was very dirty and the sh*t- colored carpet and wainscoting were quite unappealing. The whole place seems old and tired.

Overall an ok stay 2.5/5. The facility was very dated but room was clean. The pool area was packed with kids that was adjacent to our room, made it hard to get a good night sleep (pool hours 0800-1100). I was looking forward the sauna, but it was not working, door in the sauna wouldn’t stay shut and the walls had carved graffiti. On the positive note, breakfast was include, it was your typical waffles, eggs and sausages, coffee, etc I believe I got this hotel on a discounted price - likely will not stay at full price.

You drive up see all the trash and cigarette butts laying all over. Must be too hard to clean the grounds. Walk in the front doors and your hit with a smelly air freshener. Told the guy up front if the room is that bad, we won't be staying. He, said he can't smell anything. Was probably used to the smell. I thought at first the room was ok but when the air was on that smell was everywhere! Elevator up to 3rd was Rickity to say the least. Bed was horrible with the half pillows. Would never recommend this place. Total dump in our eyes.
