I didn't get the room I paid for. The hot tub and slide were down. The hallways had no heat. Huge holes in the walls in the hallways. Juice machine was out of order.

We rented four rooms, the pool area was absolutely disgusting. It was not disclosed before we reserve the rooms that the hot tub was out, and there was caution tape all over the slide. Furthermore, there was mold all over the ceiling, there is sand in the pool and Band-Aids. My mom Had dirty sheets, and my sister had to change rooms because there’s unwrapped soap and a dirty diaper in her bathroom. This hotel is disgusting.

Hotel is under construction which wasn’t made known until we arrived. Stuff all over the place, pool water looked rough so we passed. Hot tub was closed. Water slide taped off. Elevator felt like it was going to break down. Room was fine, breakfast was fine too. In my opinion not worth the money.

We checked in at 12;30 AM and went to the room only to open the door to find a mess. We took pictures because of all the different things that were wrong. I immediately went downstairs and talked to the night manager and he apologized and offered us a room in the opposite wing. By the time we repacked and brought everything to the other room it was 1:30 and we were exhausted. We checked out the next morning, but the manager was very nice about it and said that she would check in to it and get back to us.

Two stars. One for a clean room. The second for kind staff. Upon arrival on Friday, the room was cold and dark. The pool itself was warm on Saturday but the hot tub, water slide, and pool sprinklers were not working for the duration of our stay. They topped that one Sunday morning by shutting down the pool entirely for treatment. It was very disappointing given we booked there specifically for the pool area. The juice machine was broken at breakfast Sunday morning as well. Our friends who were staying on a different floor reported a dog having had diarrhea to the front desk Saturday night. It was still there Sunday when we checked out. In summary it’s a clean sheets, no maintenance kind of place. A motel 6 would have at least left the light on.

At check in was asked if I needed a handicap accessible room and I said no, she changed it to a king bed and thought I was getting the suite like I paid for, in room it was a regular room not suite. The Hot tub was not working which is why I booked it and toilet would not flush.

We had 2 rooms. The heat was broken in one and the toilet kept running in the other. We fixed the toilet and had to move rooms because of the heater. When we checked in we asked if one room could be under a different card and they said yes. We were later told that you couldn’t because of going through Hotels.com. They still charged both cards and even after talking to them multiple times they have yet to refund the new card. Also a pillow was left there and was found after we left. It was not a cheap pillow and they said they could drop it off at UPS with our info and they would contact us for payment. They have yet to do that also after a week. All I would like was for the refund since the room was double paid for and the pillow return.

Hot tub closed, pool looked merky, construction in 1/2 of building. Breakfast was hot and replenished well. A lot of staff cleaning, emptying garbages which was nice to see.

Room selected through Expedia was not available. They said it was a first come, first serve basis. Stated we reserved a room, but not the type of room. That was not true, I made a reservation a month ago and selected a specific type of room for my family situation. I also did pre-check in, and they said that wasn't something they even do. What was the point of that then? Also, slide did not work in the pool. Hot tub was also down. TV in room did not work. Did not have sheets for pull out sofa. I asked for extra towels as part of check-in, but that was obviously not relayed to them. Overall, just a very poor experience all around. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again. Makes me question if I want to stay at any Wyndham hotel ever again.

outlet was damaged/had a piece of something sticking out of it making it unsafe and heater was also broken and falling apart and wouldn’t quit blowing hot air so the room got way to hot. staff originally said we would switch rooms then wouldn’t let us. tried to be really respectful/patient because they were busy but the lady at the desk was really rude the whole time
