Staff were friendly and helpful. After spending time in the pool which the kids loved, we were settling down for the night and realized there was no remote for the TV. They brought a different one but it didn't work so they kindly moved us to a different room and made sure to check everything worked before we moved all our stuff. There were a few pieces of garbage under the bed but overall the room was clean. Breakfast in the morning was fine. The kids favorite part was the pool

very slow in checking in at front desk, when i went to get ice 1st floor did not work, 2nd floor something gross came out with the ice cubes left my bucket there yech, our tv just quit working, when i changed channels a few time, kids upstairs jumped up and down till midnite..and sierens going off several times during nite, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Located in perfect area! We were on first floor with entrance in the hall and an entrance to the outside. With kids I did dislike that as it was hard floor and with winter it was VERY DIRTY. The people above us were very loud at late hours. But overall a decent hotel great pool. Breakfast could be better.

Everything was great except breakfast was kinda disappointing. Microwave fake bacon that looked under cooked. No yogurt oj tasted spoiled.

The breakfast and attendant left a lot to be desired. The pancake machine was out of order. The attendant didn’t keep things stocked. When asked to refill the water pitcher she suggested going back out through the lobby and down the hall to the water fountain instead. Otherwise great staff, clean and enjoyable experience.
