The dispencers in the bathroom were falling apart, had to fix one to get anything out of it. Water in shower was never hot in 3 days! For a “high” end hotel, I would never pay that money to stay there again! Staff was more interested in the computer than customer service! And I know you have new software, doesn’t excuse standing there for 5 minutes while they stare at their screen before they acknowledge you!

The location was ideal and it was very nice to have free parking downtown in a parking ramp! We also commented on how quiet are room was even though the hotel was busy!

Room was good just a bit cold. Our room was by the ice machine so it was a bit loud and echoey with all the people yelling and running up and down the hallway. Friday night was good sleep Saturday not so much.
