Pool and hot tub out of service, staff assured us it would be functioning when checking in. Bed was dented in on one of the sides. Breakfast was not set up , my husband overheard staff saying food for breakfast has not been ordered in weeks the coffee creamer was expired and curdled.

Door broken, car park not cleared of snow in the disabled parking area. Counter in room broken no coffee/ tea in room when stated there was. I have stayed here over the years and omg it has just gone down so bad. Will not stay again.

The pool was closed, the hot tub looked gross and was also closed. Breakfast was OK but everything done with plastic and Styrofoam. The staff were great and the rooms were clean. The outside of the building seemed neglected and trash, blew in around the doors. For $200 a night I expected more. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Our room was not made up prior to us arriving in the evening. The counter attendant was able to shuffle rooms around to maybe things work for us. Lots of items in facility needing maintenance or broken down. Only reason for a 5 was due to the attempts at conflict resolution.

Very close to airport which is what we needed for early am flight. Older hotel, but still seemed good enough for a stay. Staff was on lazy side of helpful when needing extra bedding for pull out!

I normally do not give bad reviews, but we were pretty disappointed in our stay. Our first room smelled like vomit, but the desk clerk quickly gave us a new room when I complained about it. The toilet in our 2nd room was unbalanced and felt like you were going to fall off of it. There was a piece of tile or something wedged underneath it. Not sure how safe that is. We choose a place for the pool, because we like to relax in the hot tub after a long day, but the hot tub was out of service. The night clerk was sitting in the lobby watching TV and what appeared to be half naked women on his phone (I could see his screen when I entered the lobby as his back was to me, I witnessed this both coming and leaving about an hour apart). I understand watching TV because I am sure the night shift gets boring, but I was glad I didn't have children with me, because the phone thing was pretty creepy. I guess I shouldn't try to save $20 in the future.

Thankfully this was just an overnight stay before catching a flight out. The motel is in need of a lot of updates. The mattress sagged, the nightstand drawer had no bottom so couldn't put anything in it. The room furnishing were old but appeared to be clean. While checking in, the desk clerk not friendly. Seemed very indifferent but was not rude. The breakfast was good, food was hot. Probably won't stay there again even tho is was very close to airport.

The room was gross, unclean. The beds were doubles, not queens. The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes. The hot tub in the pool are was partially drained, not safely blocked off and unclean.
