Chose this hotel during a storm for its pool and jacuzzi. Arrived to find not operational and not fixed for the entirety of stay with no note on Expedia before booking. Worse yet, when brought to management, she was all excuses and no accountability or understanding that when you advertise and charge for amenities, you deliver them or try to make it right. Room was fine, reception nice, but morning staff so loud could not enjoy breakfast either day. Will never recommend a Choice Hotel.
