The hotel was nice, but we paid almost $700 for 3 nights and werent notified prior to our stay that the hot tub was not workong. I also asked for a late checkout due to appointments, and the lady was rude & snappy about it. We mqde sure we were out before checkout time.

All good.

Overall experience was good. Seemed like they were a bit under staffed, but nothing negative. Property was easy to find, nice location in Fargo, and overall a good experience.

Friendliest staff ever.

All staff were very friendly and courteous. Everyone seems to really like their job and its reflected on their guests. Will definitely be coming back.

Room great, pool unusable

The room was great very clean. The breakfast adequate, fresh fruit would have been nice. The pool area was unusable as the chemicals were incorrect and so strong that we had to leave immediately because it was burning our eyes and noses.

Check in was at 4 arrived at 4:15 pm, there was no kings cleaned yet, at 4:40 still no kings cleaned so then my husband and I finally left to go get something to eat. Arrived back at 5:30 wa8ted at front dest for 10 minutes no way to get a hold of anyone as there was no one at front desk or no sign saying be back or helping someone else. The guy arrived did not find him friendly.. When arrieved to room, the ice bucket was greasy and dirty also. Out of all my stays this was the worse

Rooms were nice, had to find someone to check us in as they were smoking. No towels in the pool area both nights and had to go to the desk to get them, lots of dirty ones in pool area, had to replace key card 3x due to not working. Breakfast was good, quiet and clean room.
