Do to the industrial design of the building/rooms, there is not any noise insulation which would stop exterior sound from coming in. Nice place, but much noisier than most hotels.

This place was really cool. It was big and comfortable and decorated really neat. The only thing that was weird was there is no hotel lobby and you have to walk up to the bar to check in. Now that I know that it's no big deal. The next time I'm in Fargo I am going to definitely try to get a room here.

Great concept for hotel. The 1st floor is different stalls with food, stores and beer. Rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable beds and were quirky in a good way. Overall good vibe. The room had a balcony which was not used but nice to have(too smoky from Canadian wildfires and no great view due to being in an industrial area). It was easy after a long day of driving to just eat there and not have to leave. We sampled beer from Drekker brewing co. In hotel, hard to find one I liked and I like beer!
