The manager Ms Patel was the only person with a really sad attitude, she was rude, with an aggressive behavior and a really bad communication. Actually it was something that other guest mentioned in the breakfast time because she removed the food with full of people taking breakfast, and she removed the food with not notice and we think that We know you have scheduled but come on, if you are watching that people still eating a least you should said, hello guests I'm about to close the breakfast time, so if you want something else take now please before we remove the food. Don't you think?? And more rude behavior that she showed... I stayed for 7 days and I decided to move out because of her... It was very rude... The rest of the employees are very polite y kind... I don't understand why she is the manager?? Or why she is like that??

Hot tub and the pool is not heated as I was told when I first called over tub would not fill up and hold for soaking tub in the bathroom. The phone did not work and I got my keys changed the room for three times and they still would not work I had to have management come up to let me in.
