They so what they can with the staff they have. Staff smokes right outside the door. Staff is friendly. Our room was ok. The smell of chlorine from the bedsheets was definitely present. The iron and ironing board was pretty dirty. The coffee machine was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. The toilet seat and whole bowl need to be cleaned out. Breakfast isn't tasty either.
