Great location and convenient to city centre. Staff were helpful and friendly however provided limited amenities and services. No daily housekeeping offered and was minimal. Had to ask for trash to be cleared and bed was not made.

My room was amazing. The room was always clean. The staff from front desk was kind. The night shift lady was amazing helps me with getting my parking pass and voiding an accidental parking ticket.

Wow! I didn't see any photos of what it looks like when the parking lot is frozen and the temperatures were -40F. True Alaskan experience, and a nice place to base our tours out of. It was nice to be able to walk to the old town shopping and a few restaurants nearby. The BBQ place on the other side of the hotel building was AWESOME!
