The room does have an ocean view. The room is extremely simple. Included within the one room is a kitchen & washing machine. In the bathroom with a shower were two towels provided along with bath soap and toilet paper.
The kitchen does include have a stove and utensils and dish soap. That's it. No paper towels or any condiments.

The apartment have full kitchen washer
The bed is confortable , the cover and the towels can be e lither more better
Size of the room ,and view is good ,
Only little complain the bath seat ,if you change for one new,was amazing, is not broken,maybe was cleaned many times with heavy products
And for the Las IF put one or two bottle off water,in the frigid it’s e must
