Cons:We booked 5 nights across 2 weeks. With the final night, we had a 5 am departure had been advised to the hotel. However, no access before 2pm. Crazy
Great location and beautiful pools. Service very pleasant.

Beautiful grounds
Pros:Absolutely great beachfront position - beautiful tropical landscaping - unprententious but exceptional presentation
Cons:The flooring in the rooms - creaking noises when walking (probably due to being of bamboo construction
Location:Close to town and airport
Nice relaxing resort with excellent position and sea and island views and spacious landscaped grounds

Lovely resort with friendly staff
We had a fabulous stay at the Intercontinental Tahiti. The grounds looked exactly like the photos an provided a lovely backdrop. Rooms and facilities were clean and tidy, our room was basic but had everything we needed (who spends much time in there anyways?). There is a bus stop right out the front to go into town which is handy. Staff were friendly and helpful and the concierge team outstanding. We had an outstanding meal at Lotus, amazing service and you can watch the fishies swim under you. We can't wait to go back and will happily stay here again.

All encompassing hotel enhancing paradise
Pros:the lagoonarium
Cons:transfers included
Location:there are not a lot of things to do nearby although the hotel provides you with options with ways to get to papeete if you want
My girlfriend and I were just coming back from adventuring in Moorea and fell willingly into the comfort of the Interconti. The room, the layout and the lagoonarium were the perfect hangout that we didnt have to leave. There is not much outside the hotel and the waterfront of town in a little way away, so expect to spend days in the grounds. But it was friendly, great food and buffets and the fish were spectacular.

Great facilities and good service
Pros:The breakfast is good, and all the facilities including the pool and the lagoon for snorkeling. The transit room prior to departure is a real plus.
Cons:An airport shuttle would be good. We enjoyed the cultural evening but it needs to have designated non-smoking areas, as we were surrounded by smokers.
Location:The town is nearby, including the market, and there are many tours to take advantage of.
The hotel is a fantastic holiday location and a great place to unwind with excellent facilities.
