Superb staff, very professional and helpful. Very clean rooms. Toilet was so high that me feet could not touch floor when sitting. Very few vegetables on restaurant menu; those veggies on menu were too oily.

The location and the property are excellent. We couldn't benefit of snorkelling the lagoon and other activities, due to the weather( cyclone, heavy rain), however we enjoyed the piscine and the room with kitchenette .

Staff are amazing, so helpful, especially at reception. The grounds are magnificent and the pool is wonderful, The lagoon full of fish of all types. I had two consecutive bookings with 2 different level rooms, both very good, the latter complete with a kitchenette. Breakfast is excellent, many choices. Only negative was a meal at the main restaurant, just terrible. Maybe a one off. However everything else, Fantastic!

In much need of repair. In 40 years of travel I have never paid so much for such a run down hotel. Also, our room was next to a major noice road with AM trafic starting at 6 in the morning. Very poor value.

Do not stay here. We had 2 rooms reserved. Got there early and room was not ready yet. That was fine. When we returned to check in our luggage was damaged. One roon did not have a shower. Imagine. A $300.plus hotel room with iut a shower. Resturant completely messed up our order and bill. Tokk 45 minutes to fix. I have been to 155 countries. Save your self the problem. Do not stay here.

Wonderful property out of the bustle of Papeete. Beautiful pool and views of Moore’a. Could use a little TLC but great value as it is. Not much in easy walking distance.
