Nice and quiet, good buffet breakfast, shower very small and not a lot of pressure

The staff were amazing

Nice floor to sealing window with access to nice terrace. Big room, good kitchen fit out. On the downside, carpet and sofa were well worn in.

Nice and tidy , when we went away and left the key at office no one was there when we came back had to wait till someone turned up

Lovely room, really nice bathroom with space to put my toiletries, very well equipped with iron, good numbers or coat hangers, safe etc. Nice bar and restaurant space. My room was too cold and I couldn’t get it warm enough either evening. Not good when I’d come in chilled from outside. Other members of my family had the same experience. I’d have liked the temp at abo . The control would not stay on heat mode, it kept flipping to heat standby. It warmed up overnight the first night so was ok in the morning and I didn’t complain.
