Perfect weekend gem

Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. Staff was amazing and friendly and fun to have morning coffee with. Few little quirks, but considering the she of the establishment, very much worth it. Just don't feed the squirrels

I thought this place was a good value for the price. I stayed for one night and didn’t have any issues, aside from the bed being a little too firm for me. The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. The room included a microwave and a refrigerator, which was a great convenience. There’s also a nice Chinese restaurant in the parking lot, which was a bonus. I would stay here again.

I checked in, was told there was no parking anywhere near my room. It was cold, homeless everywhere in the parking lots next to the motel. Small old cold room with a 22” TV. I left and checked out within minutes of checking in. The place is a dump.

Room 226 smells like piss. Tv cable barely works and takes a full 30 seconds to change between channels. Couldnt sleep all night because all you can hear are trucks going past on the highway all night. Very disappointed that the reviews were so good for this place. I paid 200 dollars a night to stay in a motel worse than motel 6. I wish i would have chosen motel 6. This hotel was worth maybe 40 dollars a night at most. Also the front desk lady was not helpful. She doesnt answer phones and was not interested in being helpful. Me just being in the office seemed to make her uncomfortable. Clearly the management is terrible here. They had housekeepers still cleaning at 8bpm when we pulled in because they dont wanna run things appropriately. Based on the condition of thebplace they dont pay their hoisekeepers well. We are never coming here again and we have to come to springfield like 8 times a year. Waste of money.

They took extra measures to accommodate my wife after a medical procedure in giving us a bottom floor grade staff. This is our second time here and every time we're in town for a procedure, we will stay here.
