We stayed for one night to attend an event at Knight Arena. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The property is older, and could use a little cosmetic updating, but the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and the location across from the arena was exactly what we wanted. We had no complaints about our stay and would stay there again.

The room was not very clean and in disrepair. There was a cockroach in the bathroom. Another guest played loud music and partied all night.The staff however was very friendly.

The one bed had small, black pieces of something like asphalt or rubber material between the fitted sheet and the top sheet. We could not sleep on that bed because it was gross and we were too tired to call the front desk. I did mention it when I checked out.

Room was spotless clean, is basic but has everything I needed, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful. I had trouble with the key card not unlocking the door easily and the button on the phone labelled front desk did not reach the front desk. Other than that location was great, with a good grocery store within two minutes walk. I will stay here again.

Very courteous staff. I am a housekeeping Supervisor and every hotel I check into over the past couple of years has always been dirty, so I don't enjoy staying at them, I always clean the room and check for bed bugs before I bring my luggage in. I did not have to do that here. Plus they have a heated pool and continental breakfast.
