Old motel with run down rooms. Miniature toilet, broken sink and when we turned on heater it smelled like urine. All that for the low price of $300 a night to be on OR campus. No thanks.

Not sure how this property is getting five stars— maybe for convenient location to the university. However this is very much an older low budget motel with old facilities. The bed and pillows were comfortable. But the bed sits on a metal frame that makes a loud noise every time you touch it. Bathrooms are very small and old. Ok in a pinch, but don’t expect much

We arrived at 11:30 at night and the staff was super friendly and nice and even upgraded us to a better room for free! It was a nice quick stop on our way to California.

The property and my room were very clean and comfortable. Wonderful service from front desk. Great location across from University of Oregon. Directly across the street from Mathew Knight Arena and walking distance to Autzen Stadium. Plus 2 doors down from Track Town Pizza. Great location, reasonable game day price.

The proximity to U of O is the best thing about this property imo. It is extremely dated, smelled pretty musty, shower didn’t drain properly and the parking lot is extremely tight. The worst part of our stay was the beds. They felt like a slab of concrete to the point I slept in the chair in the room. The frame under the bed that goes from under the mattress to the floor is METAL and makes a huge GONG noise with the slightest movement, it’s absolutely wild, I’ve never seen that before in a hotel room. It wasn’t as bad as it could have been but I definitely know why they are cheaper than the other places in that area.

This is a very convenient location for going to the football game, but the hotel should advertise that you cannot leave your car parked there during the game. The women working the front desk was very unpleasant and acted like we were an inconvenience to be there.
