Rooms are nice they have a little kitchen which is nice, but they don’t clean the rooms, after the second day I went down and asked them to clean the room refresh the towels, when we came back for the day the room had not been touched we were out of towels the body wash was empty we went and bought our own soap. For what I paid to stay there they should have cleaned the room every day.

it had a waffle bar and the front desk was very nice. Nuff Said! Of course the place is less than a year old so it's very clean. Kitchenette in the rooms is great, but we weren't there long enough to really enjoy that part. My only complaint is the blinds seem to be thin.

Second stay at this clean, quiet, utilitarian hotel. It offers everything you’d expect from this brand in that it’s very professionally managed and predictable. The bath was without shampoo & soap but the desk resolved that within minutes of our call. The room was clean with kitchenette and well appointed bath. The bed was newer and yet to valley-out so loved that. Breakfast was adequate, nothing special but fine. My only real complaint was the diesel - truck rumble of the AC unit with it’s poorly designed thermostat that leaves you very little control. This is a generic complaint with less-pricey hotels so take this as a given for the most part and if you are not a light sleeper, probably not a big thing. I’d just stayed at the Hyatt in Sacramento the week prior and they have the AC situation worked out perfectly for a similar level of hotel so this is just my pet peeve as Hyatt proves it can be resolved with creative room design. 🙄 Long story short, good hotel, worth the money.
