When you rent out this property, you will have access to the entire property. This is one single private home. You and your group will have complete privacy and access to the home - except for two maintenance closets!

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with wonderful views! Just a short walk to Hendricks Park, one of the most beautiful parks in all of Eugene!



Other Things to Note:

- We are happy to host your pets for a fee of $150/stay. Please declare your pets before arriving.



- Please drink responsibly. All drinking should occur inside the home in a safe manner.



- Out of respect for our neighbors, please limit noise after 10pm



-The maximum number of guests is 11.



- The person that books the property is responsible for any damages that occur during your stay, accidental or not.



- While no one is on premises so that you have entire private access to the property, I am available by phone if you should have any questions or run into any issues.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in town. The property is very clean and well-organized. Beautiful views from balcony. Quiet and peaceful location, feels like you are in the middle of nature yet still close to the center of town. Andre was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Charming place to stay

We loved everything about this luxury home , it was so perfect for our family of 5. The comfortable beds and chef's kitchen were amazing. We enjoyed our family dinners nestled in the trees for such a cozy inviting atmosphere.The location is close to all amenities yet far enough away that you feel like a your in a retreat. You will not be disappointed at this home.

The PERFECT house!

FIVE STARS!! We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home, all details and every amenity thought through. The kitchen is fully stocked, there are so many fun things to do to entertain you while you stay and the beds are super comfortable to sleep in. We will definitely book this house again when we come back to Eugene!
