Bring pillows, bed is comfortable & clean with very nice & clean comforter. People living at property were very kind. Area is noisy outside due to road traffic but quiet in the room. Shower has a small seat which is helpful. It is afordable & that was welcome when other places in the area were very expensive. The location is good once you are familar. Signs in hallway tells you to bring your trash to first floor bins. Paperwork you sign looks overwelming. Perhaps a simple sheet so it is clear. I felt safe & this is probably due to strong & firm management. There is a positive feeling the people living here care about each other & were helpful.

They are some of the most courteous and accommodating staff and hotel I've ever stayed at and I was in a desperate time of need. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to stay especially for longer term.

There was human feces caked to the disability seat in my shower. I was told no one else would clean it for me and they gave me supplies to do it myself. Then when I complained to a woman she lost my refund by “pushing it through” when it was comping the wrong day, she screamed at me and kicked me out. I was comped the wrong day when the manager was trying to reimburse my expenses for cleaning. And one of the employees instead canceled the refund. Screamed at me. And kicked me out. All because I complained when I found a huge amount of fecal waste caked to the disability seat in my shower. I told them I’m disabled. I have OCD & PTSD that makes this sort of thing extra overwhelming. And this is a lot for me to deal with by surprise. So they kicked me out. No explanation. The attendant said she was really sorry and didn’t know why. It was clearly because I took photos of the feces in the shower when I was scrubbing off the disability seat. The filth in this photo is caked up feces.

I found human fecal waste caked to the disability seat in the shower. It smelled of sewage and I stood in it and slept afterwards once before I even discovered it. I told the staff I’m disabled and cleaning this by myself and by surprise was immensely difficult and disgusting. The manager Anjel offered me a refund. But. The next day, I told them there’s a mistake with my refund. The screaming woman woke me up to tell me so. And this different employee (screaming woman) pushed through the refund for the wrong day without my consent. Losing me the reimbursement for my expenses Anjel had tried working out with me. I showed them evidence Expedia confirmed it was pushed through without consent because the motel told him to. I was asking to have the chance to speak to the manager “tomorrow.” The unknown employee instead screamed at me and kicked me out right there. She tried stealing my things by locking me out of the room without warning. I sent them a federal disability accommodation request and verbally told them of the request to not be kicked out a day early. But of course it was ignored. I’m homeless tonight in my truck. Nowhere to sleep. So far no refund and I was kicked out for telling them about cleaning poop out of my room. I never raised my voice to that woman and the whole thing was recorded.

Second hand smoke filled the room. It was difficult to breathe or sleep. Our window screen was bent. We had to ask for a shower curtain and hang it ourselves. Most of the rooms have full time residence. Our view was of the parking lot. And parking spaces were limited. I am surprised that Expedia would list this property.

We booked several rooms because of the low rate and that each room had a kitchenette. The first night one of the rooms got broken into leaving the door unable to lock. The property wouldn't move the guest to another room. So their only option was to either leave the hotel altogether or sleep in a room that had already been broken into and now had a broken lock. We opted to move to a safer hotel. Expedia attempted to get the money back for the unused nights, but the hotel refused. Very disappointed in both the hotel and the service and will not book with them again nor recommend this location to visitors.

My room was not ready for check in at 10 p.m. at night. Had to wait an hour until 11 p.m. The next day, there were issues with the lock in the door and had to have maintenance open the door.

Housekeeping lacking

As soon as we entered the room i needed to use the bathroom. The toilet was not clean; i had to use disinfecting wipes to clean dried urine and feces off the toilet seat and seat hinges. There was also a lot of hair on thr bathroom floor. The floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in quite some time The room had a refrigerator and microwave, which was convenient. The refrigerator had not been cleaned. There were dried spills inside and dirt snd spills inside the door handle, as well as a couple of hairs. There were no waste bsskets or trash receptacles of any kind in the room. We had to provide our own bags for trash. The heat seemed to work well. While there were no pets allowed except ADA animals, the desk clerk was sitting in the lobby area with a little dog running around. No other guests were present. There was quite a bit of activity in the parking lot: numerous people standing around near the vehicles (including ours) for an extended period of time. This was concerning. I realize we rented thr cheapest room available, but cleanliness should always be included in the price of the room.

A shame places like this must exist

A necessary consequence of the American emphasis on freedom with a decline in the importance of responsibility. Room smelled like cigarette and cannabis smoke. Blue? stains on the towels. Burn marks on the blankets. Got two beds instead of one. The refrigerator worked I guess. Attendant was friendly but terribly overworked. Parking was anxiety-inducing. Noisy. Windows missing screens.

Good Location - Needs work on housekeeping

The location was convenient. The front desk person was welcoming and friendly. The first room they sent me to was out of commission, filthy dirty and parts pulled out of stove top. Room I was moved to was OK. Sheets were clean but the floors were dirty. I stepped in something sticky, that was not dropped by me, in the middle of the night. When I cleaned it with a washcloth in the room, the washcloth was brown when I picked it up. I didn't feel comfortable in the room after that.

I don’t typically do reviews, unless of course really great or really bad. I should have read the reviews before hand, do not stay here. The smell in the room was atrocious, all the vents and air conditioning unit were full of grime and garbage, bed was stained. Unfortunately the room next door had some type of domestic assault that was taking place and we had to call the cops. Just did not feel right here, we had to leave in the middle of the night. This was a marathon race weekend in me we were in town for, the stress and lack of sleep that first night did not do good things for that ending. I have reached out to try and see about a refund, waiting on response from property in regards to that. I know it states in their policy I needed to cancel prior to that stay, but we could not stay there.
