The room exceeded my expectations. The hotel was clean and beautiful. You can tell the staff take great pride in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. I really loved the espresso machine.

The breakfast was very good. The tables were cleaned after people dined. The sink in the room drained very slowly and the plumbing in the tub needed work because half the water would leak out the tub faucet when taking a shower. The clerk charged $150 to my credit card even though my room was already paid for.

Spacious and comfortable room. We stayed 3 nights. The shower was cold, the heating unit was freaking loud and ran all the time, and the fitness center had out of order machines. You can overlook these things on a one night stay, but for 3 nights, it was challenging.
