The worst
Probably the worst hotel I have ever visited. Last minute emergency booking. Unclean damp room, draft, no light, broken shower. Reception guy was miserable and unhelpful. Disgraceful.

"It ain't fancy, but it's cheap"
This place does exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing too fancy, not the cleanest place out there, but the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and the kettle works great. Not a lot to complain about if you're not expecting The Bellagio in Vegas. Overall, it was good experience. I also walked from Stansted airport both ways, which took about an hour and this was an excellent substitute for sleeping on an airport floor. There's also a bus that runs right past it to the airport, which could also be nice.

I'd read some horrific reviews after booking this place so wasn't expecting much.. Sure the front desk are a bit cold and disinterested And room was a bit beaten up but I wasn't there for a weekend of romance... It was just somewhere to crash after landing in Stansted late on Nye and it served it's purpose... For the price it done the job!

The hot water didn’t work, the manager basically coerced us into getting a ride from him to the airport by knocking on our door repeatedly at 6:30 am and tried to charge us 40 pound for a mile and half when the going rate was 15 pound on Uber. He also dropped us off down the street from stansted and he we had to walk in the middle of traffic. It was very noisy. Just a bad experience overall.

I have stayed 3 nights , No hot shower freezing water in bath Flight got cancelled then went back for 2 more nights same room no 21 No hot shower again . Reported to receptionist few times , no one seems to be bothered, no house keeping no fresh towels next day unless you go ask for it. Most of the time no body sitting @ Reception it’s like ghost hotel with very poor stay . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone, unless they improve service. Muhammad ishaq
