Here's the GOOD & the BAD from someone who's stayed here over 10 times... THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is BUSYYYYYYY. Imagine Disney World busy, all the time! So if you're looking for isolation or privacy, this is NOT it. It didn't used to be so hectic, but now it's pretty insane, especially around the lobby and bar areas. The pools are also packed, making it almost impossible to find chairs. Lastly, unless you're paying for an oceanfront view, the windows in your room will likely be VERY SMALL. Most rooms don't get much natural light, and the views tend to be disappointing, especially considering that rooms start at $1,500+ per night. Here's a photo of the view from our room during our last stay. Is this worth almost $2K a night? I'm not so sure...
