The stay was ok. The cleanliness was not the best. The floors were very dirty. I checked my feet and they were almost black after walking around for a bit. So I had to wear my socks the whole time inside. And there was a booger on the inside of the shower liner. Overall the stay was comfortable. Just the cleanliness issue.

property is located downtown , which is basically a plus - can be a little noisy due to the location - the only problem is that there is basically on elevator and one waits for a while to go up and down to and from their room

Oasis in the City of WPB
Completed an 11 day stay and it exceeded our expectations. The location of the hotel is excellent for exploring restaurants, shops and museums. The location is a block away from the bridge to Palm Beach which allows easy access to the Palm Beach restaurants, shops and beach either by walking or taking the Circuit Shuttle. The hotel is new, modern and extremely well maintained. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great shower. Every staff member we came in contact with was very friendly. A healthy, limited breakfast is provided daily. We hope to return

I wish I would have known the restaurant and amenities were under construction. i dont think our rate reflected this inconvenience. We were told to go the restaurant of the neighboring hotel. Area to get snacks and coffee under construction too. The pool was beautiful. Front desk didn’t tell me at check in that our room key would get us in and out of parking garage for a daily rate. I paid with a parking ticket at the entrance. Had I not checked on this, I would have been charged twice for parking at checkout.

Same quality as Marriott- save your money
Nothing spectacular for the $500 a night price point. Service and standard same a the Marriott for half the price. WiFi was awful. Only one elevator you had to wait forever. Bed was super hard! Rooms were cold, not warming. The breakfast was a joke. No muffins or bagels. Breakfast consisted of salmon, salad, cheese, toast that looked dried and old and yogurt. The only positive thing was the pool area was lovely.
