The property is spread over three floors and features a spacious living room with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, six bathrooms, several terraces, a rooftop with unparalleled views furnished with comfortable sofas and dining tables, and a seafront gazebo with jacuzzi. Enjoy a 17-meter pool with integrated jacuzzi and relaxation area, large TVs in the living room and master bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and streaming platforms. There is a fully equipped gym and an infrared sauna. The cinema room features a laser projector and surround sound.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans. Additional amenities include a washer, dryer, garden, covered and uncovered terraces. The villa is right by the sea with direct access and close to several beaches.

Superbe maison avec vues extraordinaires sur mahon
La maison a un énorme potentiel, le site est magique !Voir passer bateaux et paquebots, spectacle garanti !Luis, le propriétaire, est très réactif et disponible ; la dame en charge du ménage très compétente et adorable. Il reste encore quelques finitions à faire, cela n’empêche pas l’usage mais cela peut étonner au début. Superbe séjour pour nous !
