Gold elite and they put me across from the elevator ask for a late check out and they can’t get me an answer until the morning we leave.

This hotel exceeded all expectations for a long weekend stay in Zurich. Great location in the old part of town, close to shopping, dining and sightseeing. Cleanliness and presentation was top notch and the staff were generally very friendly. I highly recommend the Scheuble hotel to any couples traveling to Zurich.

The staff were the greatest! Very cool neighborhood with tons of stuff within walking distance. It was an amazing experience.

The hotel was very nice! Simeon was absolutely amazing! He had the best customer service ever! Truly very helpful! We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay.
