Luxurious 3-Bedroom Townhouse, Walk to Village

This upscale townhouse is located just outside the village and is only a 10 min (1/2 mile) walk to the center of the village of Ellicottville, and minutes to Holliday Valley and HolliMont ski resorts. In total, there are 3 fully private bedrooms, two on the lower floor and a luxurious primary suite on the main living floor. You will find a great room with a well appointed kitchen, a massive island for gathering, and a dining table with a corner bench. Enjoy the 65" Roku TV and gas fireplace.

The townhome was built in 2015 with all high end finishes. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2 floors. All bedrooms are private and have a closed door.

On the upper floor you'll find the main living space and primary suite. There is a well appointed kitchen with a massive island, stainless appliances and a dining table for 8. The living room has a 65" Roku TV and a gas fireplace. On this main floor there is the primary bedroom (king), huge en suite bathroom and laundry room. The open closet has a pack-n-play for you to use.

Enter through the garage (available for your use) or front door into the lower level with heated entryway floors. There are two private bedrooms (full size beds) with a large bathroom. You'll also find a cozy second living room with another Roku TV and sectional couch. The lower level walks out a private patio with furniture and a gas grill (propane tanks available for you).

The space was set up to accommodate a smaller group of friends or one family.

Awesome Weekend!

Awesome girls weekend! The condo was spotless, gorgeous and well accommodating! It had everything there we needed and then some. Condo was inviting, very comfortable and upscale. I was very close to town and you could actually walk to town which would be a nice convenience if the sidewalks were shoveled by the city. It was very centrally located any everything or every place you wanted to go was within 5 miles of the the condo. The management company was very easy and quick to respond as well as accommodating. The little town of Ellicottville was a blast, had a music festival schedule for the weekend we were there!! If out in this area again, which we are considering, would not hesitate to rent the same condo again.
