Clean room comfortable bed excellent staff conveniently located next Starbucks/ Denny’s/ Gas stations and freeway entrance. Parking was good. And breakfast was enough and hotel area area was quiet. That was surprisingly nice Thank you again.

The "breakfast" was stale cereal, frozen waffles or toast, the customer service was terrible 5 out of 6 staff were rude, we couldn't get our room cleaned because they "didn't have time", and there was NO hot water it got luke warm at best. Truly the worst hotel stay I've had.

Despite complaining, there was no hot water in Room 118 either the evening of 12/6/2025 or the next morning. I was assured hot water would be restored by morning. It was not and no remediation or compensation was given.

The room was really clean, the bed was comfy. The pillows could definitely use some love added so bring your own if you’re picky like me! Breakfast was some bagged pastry’s but there is a dennys and starbs in the parking lot!
