We stayed in ‘Valentine’. The room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The decor was beautiful and perfectly complemented such a beautiful townhouse. The location was great to explore Leith with its many bars, restaurants and coffee shops, but also very convenient for the tram into Edinburgh centre. We will definitely be going back to 3 Johns Place.

Lovely comfortable room with huge bathroom. The location was great and easily found parking only a few minutes walk away. A small note it would be useful to have additional lighting in the sink area when making drinks and there were no cereal bowls

Beautiful place. Very happy to see an old town house being saved and renovated to a high standard. Pitty there was no place to leave luggage. Maybe get some large storage lockers with codes for the visitors in the main lobby. And maybe allow people in at 2pm not 4pm. Apart from that it was beautiful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The area was so nice, quiet, and it was easy to get around. The host was easy to communicate with and was so nice! It close to a cafe, nice restaurants, and groceries. The bed and shower were amazing. I would love to stay here again if I get the chance!

A wonderful week in Leith!

Our stay was lovely! The room was very clean and only a couple minutes walk to the tram. Everything was clean, comfortable, and really quiet. I would definitely book again!

When I arrived in Scotland, I was having trouble with my eSIM. I needed my phone to be able to leave my luggage in the lockers provided. I was worried no one would be available to help me, because it is supposed to be self check-in. But a member of staff was there and since my room was ready, he carried my bag upstairs for me. This is a nice little place and Leith is a quiet neighborhood.
