due to an error on my part I reserved a room through Expedia for the wrong dates. When the error was realised I made 4 attempts to reach your desk, BW Eagar, Az tried 1 time and Expedia twice. We all got the same response, "we cannot take your call just now and you can't leave a message. Call again". Very satisfied customer

The renovated rooms are really nice. Clean, bright, very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The laundry facility was so nice. I am not sure why there are any poor reviews. It’s a great place to stay.
