NEW TO OUR PROGRAM - MurAnne is a very luxurious home in Rosario Highlands including two bedrooms and a full sleeping loft, plus three ensuite bathrooms ready to welcome you to Orcas Island. This home is conveniently located just minutes from Moran State Park, where there is access to miles of hiking trails, lakes, swimming, and other water activities. As a bonus, it's just a 12-minute drive from Eastsound Village. This is your perfect getaway to sit back on the deck, enjoy a nice beverage, and watch the sunset each evening. Its a delightful new home in the Northwest Island Escapes vacation rental program.

The home’s layout includes a large combination Kitchen/Living great room with two story high vaulted ceilings and lots of seating. The Chef's kitchen starts with a glass-top electric stainless stove/oven and includes almost every amenity that can possibly be included to prepare amazing meals.

The living room provides separate couch and love seat seating, positioned for watching the 65" wall-mounted smart television. Imagine spending the evening snuggled up on the couch watching streaming entertainment from all the normal service providers.

The two luxurious bedrooms are located on opposing sides of the central living room area. The primary bedroom enjoys its own view from west facing windows and incorporates a luxury King mattress with two nightstands and reading lamps. Adjacent is the primary ensuite bathroom with a twin sink counter and huge mirror. The bath also offers an oversize Jacuzzi tub for soaking one's cares away. A separate step-in shower is also provided in this bathroom.

The second downstairs bedroom features a luxury queen mattress for your sleeping pleasure, along with all of the wonderful Northwest Island Escapes luxury sheets. The ensuite bathroom has a single sink countertop and combo tub/shower for bathing convenience.

Upstairs you'll find a sleeping loft area with a queen bed, two large easy chairs and a table positioned to take in the view through the two-story tall western windows. Also on this level is another beautiful bathroom.

Outside you'll find a wonderful deck including large BBQ and a huge raised firepit table with seating all around, plus more outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.
