The rooms were very dirty. Our air conditioning did not work. The toilet did not flush. The lazy river was full of green algae, and it was gross. The freezer in the refrigerator was disgusting.

We were told to park in the back of the property near where the closest entrance would be for our room. Both parking lot lights were out, so we parked further away to feel our car would be safe. Also, no elevators to be found which was an inconvenience.

The property is in poor condition. It smells in the hallways, the lighting is dim and most of the fixtures were loose on the wall. The AC unit in the room ran all night but it did not get cool. Overall it was a very poor evening of sleep.

While the place seems to have a decent pool facility, we have never used it. The halls give a feel of a poorly lit college dorm. The room was ok, but the TV did not work for more than about 5 seconds at a time. I called the front desk, but they said the dish was probably out. The staff reported that they tried to wiggle the dish a few times, but it did not help. I would have expected that a hotel would try to make some effort to adjust the price for the stay, but nothing of that sort happened.

Beyond disappointed in this hotel. The air conditioning didn’t work, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work and there was moldy food in the corners. Spend a little extra money and go somewhere else. This was the true definition of you get what you pay for.

There's a reason it's half of other hotels.

I was up there for my daughters orientation. The beds were rough to sleep in. The mirror was broken and scary to walk by as it looked as if it would fall off the wall at any moment. The carpet was dingy so we kept our shoes on. The pool heater was out so it was too cold to swim which worked out because the lazy river had brown and yellow gross growth on the walls of it. The hot tub was large and fine. Continental breakfast meant cereal, waffles, or muffins, none of which I could eat. I left sore from restless sleep and hungry. Would not recommend.
