A clean and convenient location if staying in Billings. Unfortunately, relatively simple items such as a coffee machine in the room, a small refrigerator in the room, a TV set up that allows for “sleep timer“ use, all were missing. The staff acknowledge this, but had no reason as to why they haven’t been addressed.

The hotel was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a fridge in the room for water and soda. The doormen were friendly and helped answer questions.

Love Downtown’s! VIP hotel for Expedia. Called ahead as I was driving a moving truck for work and they made accommodations for me to park on the street. Their valet staff was so NICE! Walkable to many restaurants and the best ice cream place right across the street.
