Old building but reasonably clean. Comfy bed. Lovely outlook from the cottage to the beach. Lovely food at the restaurant. Very small amount of basic provisions at the store e.g. milk & bread. No wifi in the 5 days there. TV coverage hit & miss, if you get ABC you cannot get commercial stations or get commercial & no ABC. Microwave provided but set too low for older people to access and no microwave cooking equipment provided. Only one small bowl provided for food prep, not even big enough to make a salad. Shower too small & odd shape which can cause injury when moving arms in the shower & too easy to accidently increase the temperature which can cause scolding or turn the water off. No shelves on the door of the fridge & no crisper - lack of space for storing cold foods especially drink bottles & milk. No instructions for Aircon or TV.

Beautiful scenery with the accomodation your basic needs met. Great restaurant on site. Would have preferred the upgraded version of ocean villa as 3 adults in beach villa was very cramped. The shower was the tiniest I have ever seen so that wasn’t great. Staff some nice but others extremely rude.

Great caravan park close to a beautiful swimming, fishing and snorkelling beach. Great walking tracks and the cabins were well appointed. Pool was heated and large and the 2 X bars served good local beer and had sports as well. Fun for everyone

The location was amazing! Beautiful stretch of beach adjacent to the property and nestled within the National Park. Kangaroos, birds.. we were immersed in an abundance of nature. The property grounds were quiet with plenty of space to walk around. Our kids enjoyed the kids club, playground and spacious grounds to play some outdoot sport and cycle around. We stayed at the garden villa which felt a bit tired and could use a bit of a refresh. Interiors were a little dated, particularly the bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfortable though, with a sufficient heater for winter. Great amenities thoughout the park including the onsite restaurant and takeaway shop which was such a convenience.

The safari tent was a great option for an overnight stay, but families with young kids staying for a holiday would enjoy the novelty of a tent and all the things the kids would enjoy around the caravan park whilst being right on the beach. If you're from overseas and never seen a kangaroo before head down to the south coast and stay here and enjoy the roos lazying around the facilities.

Ultimate relaxation- staying in the Ocean Villas ment we were within 20 odd metres to the Mill Beach. The soothing sounds of the ocean waves, birds and the company of the Roo’s made this weekender a refreshing holiday. 15 minutes from Batemans Bay meant we could explore the restaurants and cafes there. We didn’t get much time to spend in the park but there were plenty of kids having fun- riding bicycles and even some buggies.
