Disappointed with the room size. Small bathroom and very limited storage. A small wardrobe and no additional drawers for other clothes. We had to leave items in the suitcase which is not what you want on a weekend break.

Excellent value - the bed was very comfortable and the room in general was of a high standard with a really good bathroom. The bar was welcoming too. Would very happily return, as the cost was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended.

the airconditioning does not work i couldnt sleep because it was too warm im sure they are aware that this particular room had a problem because the receptionist asked me specifically about the temperature, i did say it was warm and i tried to adjust it by changing the settings but it was locked and no further action after that, there was construction outside which i dont blame but it was really noisy at times that why i cant open the balcony door, the pillows were worn out, they ran out of bacons and eggs as early as 0800h for breakfast

We paid extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea - and so glad we did! The room was spacious with a couple of comfy armchairs we sat in with the doors to the balcony open just soaking up the sound of the sea. Everything about the hotel was well done - the breakfast spread was excellent, even the lifts came as soon as you pushed the button! But the best thing about it was its location, right by the sea and an easy walk into the lovely part of town with theatres and restaurants. Loved it.

I was woken up last night by the AC making an awful noise, I had to get up at 02.45am to turn it off to then lay there with the noise of the gases coming out, the bathroom needs attention, limescale around the shower mixer back plate, and on the underside of the shower gel dispenser, the air vent not fixed in place, to say I woke up feeling cold, as did not want to turn the AC on again. I checked out at 08.40am and was not even asked how my stay was. So I wasn’t left the choice to give my opinion and bring the things to your attention. Check in was really slow, and at 14.45pm, there was one person on, and had to phone someone to get help with checking in, two people were in the area, and seem to just ignore it, the lady in front of me had a lot of cash and a young man came through to take the payment, and then left the girl on her own. The hotel itself was very nice, and breakfast, the lady on breakfast check-in could have been more acknowledging, as she seemed to have her head down when saying, please pick your own seat and help yourself to buffet breakfast. She could have given a bit more eye contact, she has a job of meeting and greeting, Overall it was pleasant.

Helpful staff. The whole hotel is accessible by buggy. Would be good if accessible rooms had self-opening doors. It takes two of us to access our room. Great breakfast.

It’s wrong to advertise the room as being a twin and then being told it only has a single bed AFTER you’ve booked it. Slept horrendously. Breakfast was excellent though.
