I'll visit again.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Da Vinci Hotel for three nights over the Bank Holiday weekend. I found the hotel to be clean, spacious, practical, friendly, safe, and in a great location. The design of the hotel was also very appealing and I felt that it offered excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again in the future and I am confident that I would enjoy my stay each time. Upon my arrival, everything was clearly explained to me and I was offered the option of having breakfast at a very reasonable price. The hotel was well-managed and organized, and I appreciated that my towels were changed daily. I am very pleased with my experience at the Da Vinci Hotel and I would like to thank the team for making my short holiday a memorable one.

If you need to stay for one or two nights and there are no other options only … The location is okay. The bathroom is dirty, with mold everywhere on the taps, tiles, and shower. To turn on the hot water, you have to fight with the electric heater in the shower. There is no fridge, drinking water, or even teaspoons. The bed and lamps are covered in dust and someone’s hair. The windows also have black mold. Overall, the room is warm, but you can hear noise from the hallway, and the light from the common corridor shines into the room. In the lobby, I met a man whose wallet was stolen from his room. In my room, they didn’t clean the second day, only replaced the trash bags. However, for some reason, they threw the blanket aside and placed my pillow in the middle of the bed, even though I had made the bed before leaving the room. They might have been looking for something… They didn’t ask for any documents upon check-in. The key to the room unlocks both my room and the hotel doors; I don’t know how that works, but when I asked if that meant anyone could open my room, the receptionist said it was “stupid.” I guess it’s okay for him to talk to guests like that. On the day of departure, I called a very scary and squeaky elevator, and on the floor, there were cups and glasses that the cleaners were supposed to put in the rooms later. The art work was really interesting. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent value. It is in an excellent position for shopping theatre and the seafront.

We were greeted on arrival by lovely staff and given a parking permit for the duration of our stay. Our room was large and bright with a huge en-suite (with one bath and one shower). The hotel was very clean, tastefully decorated, and offered a competitively-priced breakfast, which was HOT, and one of the best we've had at any hotel. da Vinci is a 1 minute walk from Devonshire Park Theatre, and 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
