I was booked into a handicapp room which I Did not request. It deprived a truly handicapped person that room. Bed uncomfortable. Flies in the room. Do not like rooms entered directly from the parking lot.

The hotel was fine. Basic but clean and well suited for our needs. My only complaint is that when we booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com, we requested accessible rooms as my wife is in a wheelchair and my mom is elderly and uses a walker. Hotels.com can’t guarantee accessible rooms when requested and we understand that. I called the hotel a week in advance of our check in and was told none were available but that they may be able to move others around to free up an accessible room. When we checked in, none were available. Again, we knew this going in and were prepared. However, at our family gathering, another couple told us they were staying in the same hotel and had been given an accessible room they didn’t need nor request. It seems like the staff could have asked guests if they needed the accessible room but couldn’t be bothered.

Average stay

Room was extremely clean and smelled great. My issue was that we spent 5 nights there and our trash was never emptied and that we had to either go get towels or ask for them to be brought to our room. Their policy is that they clean/change sheets after a 3 night stay but we never had that. Also, their "hot" breakfast consisted of egg patties and microwaved sausage. They did have plenty cereal and muffins as well as milk, coffee, and juices.

The place was clean, where it needed to be, but the main plus to this place was the staff. We were meant witha smile areiving and leaving. The place needs some upgrades done to the rooms, they are dark and pretty uninviting. My bed was noisy, but okay. The rooms are okay on space. Breakfast was okay, we did get over there pretty late, my daughter enjoyed the sausage... i don't eat beef or pork and we don't use milk, so it was slim for pickins for us, but
