Room was nice and cool. Option of windows open if air conditioning not preferred. Bed was very comfortable. Very clean rooms. Loved the tea service. Dinner was wonderful. Very nice options. Breakfast options for menu or buffet suited family taste. Ghost tour was fun. Outdoor was relaxing. Definitely return in a few years.

Definitely get your events page at the Resort. So many things to do, we made S’mores at night, duck race in the pool, and games a plenty. Best hotel I have stayed at in some time. Pool is great with Hot tub and huge water slide.

Needs some love!

Hotel needs a renovation or at the very least new carpets, linens (towels were awful) Furniture is all dinged and scratched- for a “high-end” resort it could use some TLC. The indoor slide was painful to go down- only did once- it scratched terribly and either there needs to be mats or more water going through. And 5.00 for a cup of coffee was just insane. I can’t believe you’d charge for coffee or tea! Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Ask about construction before booking!

Lovely hotel, beautiful room and bathroom, very comfortable bed with very nice linens. Food was very good at breakfast. Loved the black lab welcoming people and all the guests who brought their dogs, they were all very well behaved. Only problem was MAJOR construction going on within 30 yards of the pool. 2 very large bulldozers digging up the road, 2 dump trucks bringing in huge rocks and dumping them, so loud I jumped. It was impossible to relax. I hated to leave, the pool was heavenly, lovely swimming, but I finally gave up and went back to the room on a beautiful day. :(

Clean, luxurious & spacious!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable bed, spacious room and so many options to sit outside and enjoy the weather. The service was great! Sitting outside the staff brought menus and served food and drinks. We were only a couple but saw many families and family dogs too. Free laundry facilities too, which was very helpful after being away for a week prior to our arrival.
