Toooooo Loud!!!! Do something about the slamming doors!!!! It’s 2025! Add something to the door or door jam!!!! I have PTSD and will NEVER stay at any WOODSpring again. I complained and nothing was done or even attempted to rectify this.

The whole experience was very sterile. It was a virtual check-in. Never saw anyone at the front desk when coming or going. The lobby and corridors were just plain walls. The room was just furniture. Very cold with nothing on the walls. It was a very noisy stay as well. We heard loud, slamming doors all night long.

Great! One night stay

The comment area is really need to be cleaning. The elevator is very dirty. The laundry room is very dirty fingerprints and smudges all on doors and windows. It’s just small things that would make it better.

It’s alright…

The place is clean, but the walls are thin! Had a family staying in the room next to me and heard crying kids and running into the walls a lot and a heavy footed individual above me! The front desk has certain hours so it can be hard to see them in person if you work all day. The cable wasn’t great. There is no cookware unless you rent it and you can only do that if you’re on the first floor. Even with all that I would still stay again because of the rate and location.

Good service and a decent option for a longer stay

Check in was late and had to wait a few minutes for the attendant to pop up on the kiosk. Everything was done by video and it was easy. The property was clean and in good condition. Note a person is only at the desk for limited hours (10-4 I think) so plan accordingly.

When I checked in and it was early 10:00 a.m. guy said they had a room available I said okay thank you checked me in the room 207. Disgusting the room was not even clean look like the people were still there in the bathroom bad all in turmoil and filthy. I left my stuff in the bathroom where I was told to leave it and then we cleaned the room because I was headed to a golf tournament that morning.

It was alright. I tend to stay at WoodSpring often due to my 1hr 30min commute to work making it only 20 minutes. I do have issues with the room keys not working (there never next to my phone) my stay 3 weeks ago my room had a lot of fruite flies and my room last week on the 2nd level was not the greatest. The motion sensor light was broke so the bathroom light would always come on and when i would shower it would shut off.

This hotel is located right next to a major highway, so traffic noise is always noticable. The idea of a mostly kiosk managed hotel doesn't work well. At night and in the evening, when the front desk is closed, the overall feel of the surroundings, both inside and outside the hotel, project a feel of being less safe. Being an extended stay hotel, the clientele is definitely a different feel from a traditional stay hotel. The walls are thin so you clearly hear conversation around you while in your room. Despite the rooms being non smoking, very strong smells of cannabis emanate throughout the hotel, especially in the evenings. I would think the old addage, "When the cats away, the mice will play," is most fitting for this hotel. When the front desk closes at 5pm daily, all rules and regulations can easily be ignored and broken. I will say the front desk and housekeeping staff were both excellent overall. Both provided excellent customer service and both ladies were most helpful and sincere in their interactions. I'm sure this hotel is great for extended stay guests, who prefer a greater degree of freedom. For the standard hotel guest, who stays a night or two, I would suggest looking at the numerous other hotels available in the same localized area of this hotel.
