Stayed for 5 nights in two back to back bookings. Room not cleaned once during my stay. Despite non smoking floor the smoke from casino floor foods its way to my floor. Cold water tap was as hot as hot water tap after 30 seconds. Good facilities in 52 tension bowling lanes and cinemas

Overall hotel is good location and views. Staff were friendly and helpful. The one disappointment was the club lounge.
