We had 2 issues of observation. One the room had no climate control do was quite warm didn’t really worry us to much but would others. The other issue was when we booked through Wotif it said it had laundry facilities however it only has a laundry service which is no help when traveling

The hotel was conveniently situated close to Manchester Airport. I was given a clean and comfortable room on the ground floor which was perfect for a very tired traveller. The hostess was very pleasant and even made me a sandwich as I was too tired to look for an evening meal.

"No food in late evening which was a shame as I missed dinner at an event I was attending in Leeds. Overnight the hotel was very noisy with sound travelling between floors etc. The staff were nice but a little indifferent. The breakfast was part cold and the coffee was terrible. "Hotel facilities were fine, room was clean and comfortable. What I didnt like was the pre authorisation on your card on arrival which wouldnt be refunded to the card on departure for 3 to 5 days. If they can take it immediately from your card there is no reason why they cannot refund it immediately ..."
